Las peculiaridades de la terminología papelera son importantes, por lo que el IPE ha desarrollado una importante labor de recopilación de términos y definiciones. Por ahora se ha llegado a 4.000 términos, que forman una base de datos que incluye la traducción al inglés, francés, alemán, italiano y portugués de cada término.
