I would translate this as 'part year report' but I wanted to double check the significance of the dates in case such a report was known by a specific name?

Most often called a 'quarterly report,' however in this case that of course wouldn't be appropriate. If it was in text, and not a heading, you could refer to it as a 'financial report for the first three quarters.'
