Maybe you could add some basic information about who you are and who/what this is for if you ask people to invest their time.

Finals? Ouch. Apr 23

Hey Gaia. If this is a questionnaire for your finals, then I'm fearful for your future, and I don't mean to insult you. Hey Gaia. If this is a questionnaire for your finals, then I'm fearful for your future, and I don't mean to insult you. Your questionnaire is beriddled with formatting errors and inconsistencies, which should not be present in a questionnaire. At the very least, as a translator, you should take pride in your work and in the material that you produce for public consumption.

(I understand that since you used Google Forms for your questionnaire, some more advanced questionnaire features such as logical gates are not available, so I'm not going to judge the fact that you sometimes mix different types of responses in a single question.)

In one question you wrote Yes and No, but in another you wrote YES and NO, and in another you wrote YES but No. In one question you wrote "Skopos Theory" and in another you wrote "Skopos theory". Several questions have leading spaces. Others lack end-of-segment punctuation. In the question about domestication, you wrote "domestication" in the question but "Domestication" in mid-sentence in the response options. In the principles question, you used radio buttons (i.e. single response) instead of check boxes (multiple response).

I'm sorry but I have to break it to you: there isn't just one "Skopos theory", so if you're going to ask questions about the theory, you have to specify which version of it. I queried ChatGPT about the types of questions that you ask, and ChatGPT guessed that you likely studied Nord's theory.
