I faced the same attempt like urgent translation job. I cross checked and left the job.
It is good to cross check histories on blue-board before accepting jobs which helped me on this case even-though they have website.

The "website shown in the signature is global-lingo.com" means NOTHING.

Please specify:
1) If you have received the message via ProZ.com (if yes, please specify if the sender was logged in or no)
2) What is the email address of the recipient when you click "Reply": does it contain the '@global-lingo.com' or anything else?
