deviation management
"hantering" is nearly always translated to "management", not "handling" (a Swenglish variant). Note that when googled "deviation handling" produces large numbers of hits on Swedish websites, as opposed to English language ones.
Exceptions: customs handling, complaints handling.
In Quality Assurance, "avvikelsehantering" can also be "nonconformity management" or "non-comformity management"
