injured party

This is more specific than person concerned. Where contracts are concerned, injured party is the most obvious choice
Peer comment(s):

disagree George Hopkins : A person who is given notice to quit a job is only an "injured party" if he is unjustly given notice. Is the employer an "injured party" if an employee gives notice to quit his job?

What type of contract is it? I assumed it was termination of a contract, not a dismissal.
disagree Sven Petersson : Does not fit context!

the person concerned

Injured party is not suitable here; although the person concerned might consider himself to be an injured party, if he is feeling sorry for himself.

the injured party

although it's a bit weird here - who is getting kicked out? Den drabbade? In which case things change..."eller han borde ha vunnit kännedom om den" seems to me that 'den drabbade' is somehow guilty here, as the onus is on him to know about something. In which case I need to think about this more ;-).

i agree with you, it doesn't - but in Swedish the straight translation would be that. Context is strange
