PRINTER PROBLEMS.... AND HOW!

It\'s an absolute mystery to me!



My printer was going thru\' all the motions of printing but the pages were coming out blank. So I bought a new printer as this one was rather old.



After connecting the NEW printer to ANOTHER computer in ANOTHER room I try printing, and exactly the same is happening.



I cannot print Word or Excel, yet I can print pages from the Internet, so it\'s not a printer problem, so what is it?

The only thing common to both set-ups is Word. I have even tried opening a new Word on the second computer but the same happens.



I\'m desperate, I wanted to print and read a text to hand in tomorrow.



I ran a Norton anti-virus check plus Panda and Sophos with no virus indicated.
