Translations House International resulted from an energetic, enthusiastic initiative, and saw the light of day four years ago. Over time we have learnt from both our successes and failures, going from strength to strength, and today we are a solid, mature company, ready to face up to the most stringent requirements of our clients.
The nature of our firm can be summed up by a rigorous spirit and an attention to detail, and this combination has led to us specialising in the field of technical translation. We have successfully completed projects involving the translation of technical manuals, technical specifications, websites and brochures in a diverse array of spheres, including the automobile industry, engineering, medicine, telecommunications and IT.
We have since branched into other areas, including translation projects, interpreting and DTP involving marketing, law, media, economics and tourism, and enthusiasm and professionalism have continued to be defining traits of our work.
Through our acquisition of the Trados 2007 Professional SDL package and our use of such CAT tools as Star Transit, Deja Vu, Trans Tool, Wordfast, SDLX, we have managed to keep pace with the many technical developments that have shaped the field of translation in recent years.
Our aspirations have stretched far beyond Romania’s borders, and today our firm works with companies based such countries as the USA, the UK, the Czech Republic, Poland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Italy, Austria, Hungary, Italy, Egypt and Belgium. For us, these companies serve as benchmarks in terms of professional standards that must be met or surpassed in order for us to stay competitive.
The process through which our translators are selected and tested, as well as the motivation and professionalism of our teams co-ordinating each project, ensure a successful partnership with our clients. Not only do we offer quality, our rates are extremely competitive, but vary according to the complexity of the project, the field it deals with, and the deadline.
