From February 2009 I now reside in Adelaide Australia after being based in Glasgow Scotland since July 2002. Prior to this, I have held a number of positions based in Sweden and England concerned with International Technical sales/marketing and translation of technical documentation. Previous employers include Mitsubishi Electric, Hirschmann Electronics and Schneider Electric.
My primary area of expertise is IT, Automation, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, where I have accumulated a wide range of practical expertise supported by academic qualifications to degree level (BSc Automation Engineering).
Since starting a family, I now work from my home office where I have a full IT package including SDL Trados and have carried out translation of technical documents for a number of high profile clients.
I am highly proficient in both English and Swedish and am well equipped to carry out translation and localisation for technical, marketing and any other general documentation.
