Background

Through my university studies in Environmental studies and civics, as well as 7 years of work experience as an administrator, I have found expertise in reading and communicating at high levels in both the Swedish and English languages.

As a native Swede, I engage in the English language regularly – through hobbies and multinational friends. Paired with my fluent understanding of the Swedish language, translating between the languages comes naturally.

Having started out as a casual/volunteer translator in 2020, I felt that 2022 was the time to spread my wings and do freelance translation full-time. Through membership and education at ’The Translation Academy’, I evolved my knowledge of freelancing.

My particular specialized subject areas are Sustainability, Ecology, Psychology, and Civics.

In addition, my broad range of interests and experience are reflected in the arts & literature.
