There are several Google hits for both "in filo pastry" and "with portuguese sauce".
I have a comment on your failure to find caramellised on the net - because there were about a dozen Google hits. I think the problem was the differences in British and American spelling.
British: caramellised
American: caramelized
They are easy to mix up, and then there won't be any hits.
I also have a comment on the Sill- och strömming tallrik:
I wouldn't put "Baltic herring" in a menu, although it is correct, because nobody would understand. I would also leave out the plate. My suggestion: Herring variations.

kollade lite på nätet och fann att FILO är gångbart på alla språk (grekisk mycket tunn deg som finns att köpa fryst).
