I'm translating extracts from terms and conditions about
liability and remedial action for a contract (entreprenaden). But the word entreprenad is also for the physical "entreprenaden", which I can only assume is the building. Nowehere in my Sections and paragraphs, does it actually say "building", but I would chose to use the word "building" or "property" here.

The problem here is the confusion of "entreprenaden", which is a legal document, with "entreprenadarbetena", i.e. the physical result.
