New Password Request in RWS ID account not working

I've been trying for hours to log in to my RWS ID account. I have lost my password and when I'm requesting a new one I don't get an email to change the password. This keeps going on for hours now so if anything was supposed to come to my mailbox, it should have arrived by now. I have also asked for help in the chatbox and they have also tried to send me an email to change my password, but without luck.

If so, hardly can anyone else help you here.
Did you check your spam folder or did you try to enter any other email address here:

Funnily enough, you cannot log a support ticket when you cannot log in to your account so I was wondering if anyone from RWS is checking this forum. I guess Stepan you are not this person but thank you for your input.
