This is such an interesting topic! The "ijekavski" dialect in this text is rather obvious which means it is not Serbian (ekavski) as spoken in Serbia. The word istorijski is used in Serbian. While these days most people who refer to themselves as speakers of Bosnian will use the word historijski (the same term is used in Croatian), some Bosnian speakers will still refer to it as istorijski.
