Dear President Clinton,
I would like to compliment you, I can't. Stop thinking that you are one of the best presidents. We have had so many leaders. Go ahead and propose policies and then botch the job. We expect it from you. In years to come, I know we will have better results.

And, of course, the brilliant punctuation riddle:
THAT THAT IS IS THAT THAT IS NOT IS NOT IS THAT IT IT IS
If someone doesn't know it - yep, you can put in punctuation marks so that it makes perfect sense.

Added: ========================
That, that is, is. That, that is not, is not. Is that it? It is.
Don't worry, Lorenzo, I've seen some three-liners (!) consisting of the same words (I mean, the same task - insert punctuation)... I don't think I could get them straight for the life of me...

Sorry, Jack, I didn't see you had answered.

The version of the woodchuck question which I know is:
"How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?"
That that is, is. That that is not, is not. Is that it? It is.
