wie arbeitet ihr aus Deutschland mit China zusammen?

Diese Frage meine ich vor allem in Bezug auf das deutsche Finanzamt und die fehlende USt.ID-Nummer. Wie würde dann eine gültige Rechnung aussehen?

Für jeden Ratschlag bin ich dankbar.
