Align two documents

Hello!
I'm just trying to align two documents in Cafetran (did this several times before and without any problems). I can choose the two documents and see them in the folder, but the Cafetran tells me there's "no source document". Any idea what this could mean here?

I'll try in CafeTran Espresso and if that fails, I'll use AlignFactory.

I installed the latest version but the problem was still there.
Hans came up with a solution (re-naming the files) - thanks a lot!
