I know that 6.2.25 is not working and 6.0.67 is working for me. Are you using a higher version than 6.2.25?
Thanks for sharing your experience. It made me understand why going back to the earlier version works for me. Jean@LA, We are talking about the latest version 6.8.6.
I'm even more sure why I have no choice but to "roll back" for now. I have a regular client who sends work on the same subject bi-weekly. Over the years, I've accumulated a huge term base just for this client. Being able to ask MemoQ to assemble sentences out of this term base tremendously increases my productivity on this client's job.

Jean@LA, Mohamed,
in the case you don't know: some terms in the result window are hidden by default in order not to overcrow the window. For example, if "e-mail message" is in your text and displayed in the results, then "e-mail" will probably not also show up separately.
Just on the left of the "Translation results" title, there is an icon. By clicking it, it will display the hidden terms. If you double-click it, a dialog wit... See more Jean@LA, Mohamed,

Thanks, Mike, for bringing up this possibility.
For me, it's not just one or two terms gone. It's the term base segment and fragment assembling screen all disappeared--under newer version. Fortunately, they all came back after I rolled back to 6.0.67.
I already put my 6.2.25 away. We'll see how long 6.0.67 will last me.

I didn't see your question until now, but someone else answered your question for me:)
Anyway, I am also on the latest version with a non-working termbase function. My guess is this issue only affects certain languages (Chinese unfortunately being one of them), so Kilgray support wasn't even aware of it until a few days ago when I bugged them with this bug.

I heard from Kilgray Support a few hours ago that they are planning to release a new build later this week and "according to the developers this issue will be fixed in the mentioned build."

I guess MemoQ couldn't tell me the specifics because my free tech support time "has reached the end of its life." What they failed to recognize is that we are also doing them a favor by providing them "free" debugging service.

The termbase issue (where the terms are not displayed in the results window) is fixed in the latest build for my language pair (ENG>CHI). Thank you for fixing it.

It is not working for Arabic language. The terms are not displayed in the results window.
