Quote Joy Mo: What I mean is that if you work as a freelance translator, you are just holding a job as a free agent. it's not a viable business model.

Dear staff,

It would be nice to view the video recording of this virtual conference. When can we have the link?

Sincerely,

This event has already been held. To gain access to this content, become a ProZ.com member. May 16, 2013

Hi Enrique, thanks for expressing interest in the event. Any registered site user that has registered for the virtual event, irrespective of paying membership status, may watch the recordings after the event. But you must register for the virtual event, and the registration window closes once the event ends. Anyone that is not registered for the virtual event at the time the event ends, will not be able to register, and therefore not able to watch the recordings of the videos. Simply ensure that you have registered for the virtual event, and then you will be able to watch the recordings after the event at your leisure.

Thanks,

Drew

It would appear that non-paying members of Proz who were signed up for the event and were not able to attend at the time cannot view the videos after all as this is the message you recieve: "This event has already been held. To gain access to this content, become a ProZ.com member."

There appears to be a bug... May 16, 2013

Hi Tanja...thanks for letting us know that the video access post event was not working for you. The access settings appear to have a bug in the code that is preventing you from seeing the videos after the event. You should be able to (irrespective of ProZ.com membership status).

I will work on sorting that out for you ASAP and then let you know via this forum thread.

Sorry for the inconvenience, thanks for letting us know.

Drew
