The top image is a stock photo, whereas the other two are part of my stash of stones. The middle picture I took at Giant's Causeway in Northern Ireland. The bottom one is a river pebble I 'sourced' locally and it's part of my (as yet succinct as my self-made mini-website) 'stone alphabet' collection.
Guess this is as interesting as watching paint dry, so the mods can happily delete this post.

Is it just me or more and more posts seem to have been taken straight out of the "Completely frivolous thread" and the "Corona quarantine diary"? Is the diary missing a few ripped pages?
Not that I complaint, mind you. It shows that a close-knit community (of loose individuals) has developed during this period, with several noteworthy satellites orbiting at various heights (and lows).

I was thinking the same thing! But I've just posted some suitably rambling nonsense on the Diary to make up for it and simultaneously take the pressure off other threads.
