Technical problem related to quoting for posted jobs, already solved

Dear all,

This morning the site experienced a technical problem with the job quoting system: it erroneously told users who qualified to quote for certain jobs that they did not fulfill the requirements for the job.

The problem has already been fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you.
