Studio 2011, ajout Quick Insert

Je cherche à ajouter un bouton à ma barre d'outils de formatage standard dans Studio 2011. Je dois surligner en jaune tous les mots clés dans un document de 13 000 mots (sous Word 2007). Impossible d'ajouter un bouton ou un raccourci pour la mise en surbrillance, obligée d'ouvrir le bouton Quick Insert et d'aller chercher le raccourci "s" à chaque fois. J'ai essayé les paramètres Quick Insert > Types de fichiers > Word 2007-2010, je ne vois pas comment faire. Merci pour vos astuces.
