Susan Lucci is one of my favorite bad-girl soap opera characters.

She’s a totally exaggerated character: super evil, super self-centered, super powerful, super menacing….She’s a really bad, bad character….But, interesting!

In this case, I would say that the "larger than live character" is a 並外れた(邪悪な)人物 or 実際/現実より誇張された人物.

Excuse me, I've got to correct my first sentence:
Susan Lucci plays (not is) one of my favorite bad-girl soap opera characters. The bad-girl character is Erica Kane. (I watch too much of TV.)

Thank you, Yasutomo! :-)
