This relates to a passenger profiling system. The word features several times in the text, along with uitwerpen and uitworpbehandeling. I initially used 'results' and have toyed with 'emission data' and 'findings', but am wondering if anyone knows the correct term. TIA.

linguistic copmment As relevant google hits with uitwerp(en) and uitworp in combination with 'daten' or 'gegevens' aren't exactly numerous, I suspect this is an example of mistranslation or a calque. In this regard, the following eulex document is interesting:

Here you can see that 'uitwerpen' and 'uitworp' are set against 'rejeter' or 'emiter' and 'rejete' in French, 'freisetzen' and 'Emissionen' in German, and 'discharge' (verb and noun) in English. My guess is that 'output' probably lies in the same neighbourhood as 'uitwerpen' and 'uitworp' in your context.

It seems to me from your extract that you are speaking here of subjects who are rejected from a study for various reasons yet although their data is not calculated into the statistical result, some overview in tabular or other form is given, stating the reasons why they have been rejected from the main statistics.

Although the 'Juridisch Lexicon' also uses emission, emission is interpreted by the Oxford dictionary as 'especially gas or radiation' so I would stick with selection result.
