'Omdat bij de eerdere PCI al met allerlei materialen vruchtaloos is geprobeerd om de dissectie af te dekken, wordt afgezien van hernieuwde poging".

Also, the text has 'afdekpakket' listed as an item in the materials used in the coronary angiography. But it might be a different usage here.
