Hoi allemaal,
Ben bezig met de revisie van een vertaling:
...volgens de voorschriften gegeven bij en krachtens artikel n van de wet x
Bestaat er een vaste vertaling voor "gegeven bij"?
De vertaler heeft er "provided with" van gemaakt, maar ik heb zo'n gevoel dat dat niet klopt. Het klinkt zo vrijblijvend.

Inderdaad Els, ik bedoelde hier eigenlijk de combinatie 'laid down under':-)
De combinatie 'stipulated under' kan evt. ook gebruikt worden. Deze term verwijst over het algemeen naar bijv. terms/conditions/criteria etc. 'zoals bepaald in ....' :-)
