Lets talk about a topic that many translators hate - accounting
For issuing of my invoices, I use Translation Office 3000, current version 3D. I was very happy with this SW since many years (I'm using it from 2012), when it was a really easy to use and small tool, good suitable for a freelancer (hating accounting).
Now, it has grown to a complicated software with many functions I don't need...
... and with more bugs and issues.
The support - very supportive before - reacts not readily, maybe they are overloaded, but it doesn't help me. I need an accounting tool and I need it now, especially at the end of the month. It just have to function.
Could you please recomment an simple accounting software, something for a freelancer, not for an incorporation or group
What I need:
- Customer database
- Customer Order management
- Possibility to issue invoice for one order or for several
- Possibility to work with a primary and 2-3 secondary currencies
- Possibility to track payments
- Possibility to create several easy editable invoice templates (e.g. export of invoice into the MS Word)

If you don't need time-tracking for invoicing and ongoing monitoring, you might be fine with another AIT product, Anycount. It features all the functions you specified and nothing else. The glitches are rare. The support, I think, is the same as for other AIT products.

The system lets you keep client/vendor database, with contacts and rates, manage projects and assign jobs to vendors, issue invoices, track payments, store and manage project files, generate business reports on turnover profit per client/manager etc.
