Installing illustrator (cs5) plugin vector.scribe.1.1.0 - help needed with error message

I´m trying to install the illustrator (cs5) plugin vector.scribe.1.1.0., but do get the following failure notice:

(Service `Nalpeiron Licensing Service´ (nlsX86cc) could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services).



Can anybody tell me how to fix that, therefore I can install vector.scribe.1.1.0.?!?
I have not the slightest clue, WHAT thats all about this Nalpeiron Licensing Service. Never occured before such a problem on my machine. THANKS!!!

I have Win 7 ultimate, 2 GB Ram, 32 Bit ▲ Collapse
