Hello-sorry for the numerous postings
I used a Treo 600 PDA to organise my life, but it came to the end of its life.
I am now looking at the replacement options- there are some nice gadgets out there at present!
One I am considering is the Blackberry 7100.
Any ideas?
Thanks

iPhone all the way

Hello…
It has been said that an iPhone is not meant for business, but I sure love mine. In regards to translation, I use it for the following:

Hello…
It has been said that an iPhone is not meant for business, but I sure love mine. In regards to translation, I use it for the following:
-Responding to clients emails on the go with the built in email program. Several clients have informed that they appreciate my response time, usually under 20 minutes during the business day. This includes opening Word, Excel, and PDF documents to preview them.
-Converting currency and other measurements with the Units app.
-Multilanguage dictionary that is as good as any paper one.
-Reading articles on translation, related forums, etc via Instapaper, an application that allows you to save web pages for offline viewing
-Calling clients via both mobile and Skype.
-Connecting it to my netbook to transfer documents as well as to provide internet coverage via the laptop when no WiFi is available.
That being said, it is my first PDA and so I have nothing to compare it to!
