Money, phishing or both... or worst!

Can someone please explain what these scammers are trying to get out of this? It seems strange that they want a free translation. What would they even need it for? It's not like they can resell it to someone. I just don't understand what they stand to get out of this?
Scam options:
1) Phishing. They want your data. What counts as data? Your email address, your phone number, your postal address, the bank you use, etc. What do they do with your data? They sell it. > https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phishing
2) Money (and more phishing). After you wasted your time doing the alleged “job” they offered, they will tell you that, in order for you to get paid, you'll need to pay in advance (to them or to a fake bank/payment service) or you need to open an account on the fake bank/payment service. If you pay, they'll collect your money and vanish. If you open an account, they will collect your sensitive banking data and again ask you for an advance payment so they can “activate” your account. > https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advance-fee_scam
3) Both as described above.
4) Worst! With your sensitive banking data, they can pose as your clients and request your bank for a payment or an alleged “reimburse” or make a purchase or any other trick to get your money out of your bank account. It won't be the first time a purchase of an expensive item appears on someone's credit card statement.
Bonus track:
5) Not only they can sell your personal data to any marketing database, but they also can use it to impersonate you and create fake accounts (emails, banks, websites, etc.) so they can scam more people using your name. So, to that people, you become a scammer.
