Any new decision regarding Browniz and jobs?

In our last discussion regarding the decision of giving up the BrowniZ points for bidding, a possibility was mention that this aspect will be further analized.
There were even some suggestions and Henry answered he will consider them.
Is there anything new? Can we still bid for jobs with BrowniZ?
Please let us know that you have taken a positive decision for everybody.
