Hermann,
Please, get back to me; I need your advice, since my bank told me the coordinates stated in the membership extension page are not that correct. The bank people told me that, with the given coordinates, I must may a fee of about Euro 25.00 whereas, with the correct coordinate, the wire transfer fee amount only to 2.5 Euro.
Please, advise.
Regards,

What to speak of replies there is not even one reply. This does not make much business sense. Here is one member willing to go platinum and is telling you that the bank coordinates are inadequate. I should think that Proz.com would rush with the reply as it involves some incoming funds. Perhaps you have indicated the reply directly to the member concerned by email. Nevertheless this question is of general interest, but if the data are confidential and cannot be disclosed in the open forum, well ... See more What to speak of replies there is not even one reply. As such this query remains without response.

Good morning.

This forum is designed for the discussion of the "Community aspects of this site" -posting what is equivalent to a support request here isn't going to get you a speedy response. The fastest way to contact Hermann directly would have been through his profile - I will alert him to this thread.

Hi Francesco,
Please, get back to me; I need your advice, since my bank told me the coordinates stated in the membership extension page are not that correct. The bank people told me that, with the given coordinates, I must may a fee of about Euro 25.00 whereas, with the correct coordinate, the wire transfer fee amount only to 2.5 Euro.
Just checked the details myself. The details you need for a cheaper euro transfer payment are the IBAN and the SWIFT BIC; the extension page states the following details:
IBAN DE63200905000007549288
I checked this on Netbank's IBAN page, and double-checked it using the IBAN Validator provided by Barclays Bank.
The SWIFT BIC provided (GENO DE F1S15)is confirmed by the SWIFT online BIC directory.
Given that the details are correct, what exactly is your bank's problem? Did you specify IBAN and BIC?
Search the forums for "IBAN" if you need more background on how the system works; alternatively, contact me directly.
Best regards, Ralf

The account data are correct | Jul 15, 2003 |
Hi Francesco,
sorry for my late answer.
I have checked the account data several times, and they are correct.
Please make sure that your bank uses the correct data.
Best regards

...maybe, it's my bank's clerk that is a "muggle".
Cheers you all,
