Problems with my membership

When I log in it is written that my membership should expire within 24 hour. I don't understand why. Proz have already taken their monthly fee from my paypal account and the next payment should be on dec 3.

Could you help me to solve this problem.

I have tried to get in touch with the staff on proz, but haven't got an answer. It is a big problem to me
