Last Fiday I applied for a job for the first time on Proz.
The outsourcer asked translators to apply through Proz, supply a CV and give rates.
I was a bit confused about what to do about the CV since I saw that you cannot upload it to the message. I posted the message and wanted to add a comment about the availability of my CV, but in the end I deleted my quote.

I asked one of the moderators if it was possible to quote once again I got a positive anwser.
And now comes the strangest part: I could not submit a quote because the " submit quote" button was not displayed, only "view my quotes", but when I clicked on it , it said "no quotes for your account"
I asked for a technical support, but since it was Friday evening I understand that it was not possible right away.
This particular job is closed and I know I should have asked about my doubts on replying to a job offer before submitting a quote, but as not repeat the same mistake, I would like to ask:
1. Do you post a CV directly into the message when the outsourcer does not want direct contact?
2. Have you ever submitted a quote once again after deletion?

Hi Magdalena,
to answer your first question:
No, I do not copy-paste my CV. I politely point out that I cannot send it as an attachment to the message through this form. I then tell them it is available through my profile or on request, and paste a link to my profile.
Second question:
No; I'm sorry I can't help you there.
