I have just discovered the possibility of adding my translating-related education to my profile, but was surprised to find that only BA, MA, PhD's and "others" are possible variants. I have a BSc. in Chemistry, which must certainly be considered translation-related as it not only indicates my proficiency in certain specialist fields, but also that I have a higher education. Is it possible to add BSc., MD etc. to the list and perhaps a box for the input of the degree subject?

Wouldn't all fields of learning be "translation-related" in that case? Nov 1, 2003

I think "translation-related" applies to having a degree from a translation and/or interpretation program, obviously. But it would be a good idea to emphasize on your page that the wise client should entrust their chemical texts to a "translator with a BSc.in chemistry"
