In both cases the initial asker's text was visible as Cyrillic (Windows). His other questions still are visible OK in Cyrillic (Windows) encoding at the main proZ page.
However, when I enter his list of asked kudoZ questions, all the texts are in Unicode (UTF-8).
Also, I've edited the two questions above (I changed the BSO categories), and after this the titles of the Asker's question and the context provided started to be shown in Unicode (UTF-8), too...
