What about formatting the ProZ site pages so that they fit in a screen that is 1024 pixels wide?

I think 1024x768 screen resolution is an industry standard most widely adhered to nowadays. I also assume that most translators use 1024x768 -- because (a) very wide columns of text are hard to read and might require the awkward use of horizontal scrolling, (b) as opposed to graphics work, text work on the computer is harder when you set a resolution higher than 1024... Could be IE's fault Apr 13, 2004

IE has sometimes problems with tables in tables, when special text formatting is used. But if it happens in Mozilla also the Proz team should do something about it.

I believe the problem is the description of the Greek glossary, posted by Sassa Kotsari. There should be spaces after commas.

It hasn't changed since that posting for Mozilla, but - strange enough - some pages are OK, others not. Would it be very difficult to change them so that all would be displayed correctly?

Wrapping, Mozilla and IE May 31, 2004

At the time of my previous posting, I had a problem with IE and could not use it, which was why I had gone over to Mozilla.
I have since solved the IE problem and have tried Valters' examples of Apr 13 on both.
The glosspost end of page line (page numbers) is wrapped in both.
The kudoz question is wrapped in IE but not in Mozilla.
