I was looking at our Blue Board entry and noticed a different user name. The following appears:

Nearest City: Abbots Langley

The information contained in this is false i.e. Antrim and Abbots Langley are wrong. Clicking onto “rossi” takes us to a second profile of Cicero Languages International.

Has anyone had the same experience?

It is not a bug - just the BB entry should be corrected Feb 6, 2004

As far as I understand, only addional contact information should be changed, right? Please confirm, and I will provide the necessary changes.

What about the second profile of your agency, I think it should be deleted (probably, another representative of your agency created it being unaware of the existence of another profile). You can do it yourself (in case you know the password), otherwise you may want to write a support request.

Dear Didier,

Your details on the BlueBoard will be fixed today.

As regard to your extra profile, I advice you to send a support request to the site staff (use the last menu on the right, Support), specifying the ID number of the profile that you wish to close.
