"Use MT" is greyed out

I'm trying to pretranslate a file in memoQ, but the MT option is greyed out - see pic below. The MT (DeepL) is otherwise functioning correctly when I'm inside the file. Any ideas?

After selecting the image and uploading it, you must still copy the image URL and manually paste it into the post. Unlike on other forums, the image doesn't attach itself automatically just because you've uploaded it.

If not, and you're performing an assigned role on a client's server project, there are a number of permissions for what you can and cannot do... and prohibitions on MT and assigned translation memories are just some of the options available to the people in control.
