The fees may have been updated since this thread was started, but I thought it worth mentioning that a re-mark request / review is significantly more than £70:

That said, it's still much cheaper than just taking the unit again. Even if you aren't bumped up to a passing grade, the feedback you receive as part of the process is invaluable.
