Blocked saving issue

I need urgent help. I am working a translation and all of a sudden the feature to save a document is locked and I can not even type on it that feature is locked too. What can I do? Thank you.

Can you copy the text into another file? Eg. you could try copying to an excel file (all text in one cell). This would lose you your formatting but if you''ve been saving regularly that shouldn't be a problem and you'd only have to reformat the last bit. Save the excel. Then close down the system and restart. That often solves computing problems. Copy end of excel text into a previously saved version of your translation.
