How do you count words in PageMaker?

I have searched the Forums but haven't found anything about it. I'd like to know if it is possible to count words in
PageMaker. Thank you.

word counter plug-in Oct 4, 2003

PageMaker comes with a word counter plug-in, you find it in the Options > Plug-ins menu.
It counts characters, words, paragraphs, sentences, text blocks and stories.
I think it was introduced with version 6.

I didn't look in the Plug-ins menu (under Utilities, not Options in my case). But it's there and it works. Thanks a lot.

Cred ca cel mai bine ar fi sa exporti in html si sa deschizi documentul in Word. Daca iti da diferente sa nu te miri. Nu stiu de ce dar mie mi s-a intamplat sa apara diferente. Probabil ca documentul era multi-layer.

To count the number of words in an Adobe PageMaker document:
Open the document in PageMaker.
Go to the 'Utilities' menu.
Choose the 'Plug-ins' function.
Select ' Word Counter.' function.

Um, the most recent response to this thread (before you commented) was posted 19 years ago. And the last major version of PageMaker was released 21 years ago. I don't think PageMaker runs on recent versions of Windows or macOS.
