疑问 专业翻译是否都要会用一款本地化的CAT？

最近看了很多ProZ，发现很多专业的翻译需求都会要求有CAT的使用。是否专业的翻译人员都会使用本地化的CAT工具？
我一直在用云端的YiCAT，要求也不高，绝对还可以。我用Mac系统，貌似大名鼎鼎的Trados是用不了了。各位朋友有什么推荐的吗？我是否应该再掌握一些本地化的CAT软件？虽然我注册这个平台有一段时间了，但我也就这两天才变为会员，并且我前一段大部分的时间都放在音频的后期上（我的另一个职业）

在MacOS使用CAT软体 Sep 23, 2021

我也在用macOS 系统的桌上电脑，大部分的CAT软体需要Microsoft Windows系统。解决方法就是安装virtual machine如 Parallels Desktop等。我的iMac是很老（2011）只有8GB RAM，但是都没问题。要注意硬体的分割，为了Windows系统和CAT软体必须留足够的空间。得看翻译公司或者客户的要求我使用Trados Studio，MemoQ, Across。MemoQ, Across不用买，可以用试用版，翻译公司会提供临时许可证（项目翻译完之后必须还回去）。除非翻译公司/客户使用Trados的云端TMS（就是提供线上登入的账号），Trados必须买，有订阅和卖永久许可证的两个选择。

感谢建议。我还有一台Window系统的笔记本，看来我不得不用起来，那台电脑的性能着实不怎么样。因为我除了做翻译，还是一名录音/混音工程师，所以这方面我必须用Mac，为了本来就不大的空间，虚拟机是不装了，哈哈

现在很多公司都使用自己的CAT，虽然目的不纯，但也相当方便。像Trados、wordfast、SmartCat都有在线版本，有免费的也有付费的，这些都跟YiCAT类似用法，Mac应该没啥问题。只要能处理xliff文件，客户一般不会有异议。
我个人觉得，问题的关键只是会与不会的问题。
