Hello everyone! I have a problem when translating texts with eLuna - this system changes the indentation of numbered headings. The editor tolerated it at first, but now he wants to fix it. Has anyone already run into this problem? Is there any technical solution so that eLuna does not change the format? Or is there no other way but to format an already translated document exported from eLuna? If so, what is the easiest way to do this?

Hello everyone! I have a problem when translating texts with eLuna - this system changes the indentation of numbered headings. The editor tolerated it at first, but now he wants to fix it. Дорогие коллеги, у меня проблема при переводе текстов в системе eLuna - эта система меняет отступы нумерованных заголовков. Редактор сначала терпел, а теперь просит решить проблему. Кто-то сталкивался уже с этим? Есть ли какое-то техническое решение, чтобы eLuna не меняла формат? или нет другого выхода, как только форматировать уже переведенный документ, выгруженный из eLuna? Если так, то как проще это сделать?
И ещё при переводе в eLuna слетают гиперссылки. Кто-то знает, как этого избежать?

eLuna - чисто внутренняя ООНовская CAT, с которой даже не все подразделения ООН работают. Не думаю, что тут много людей, работавших с ней.
Поскольку вы получаете и сдаёте перевод в системе — это не ваша проблема. Это проблема разработчиков или (что чаще) людей, создающих документы или готовящих их для перевода и импортирующих в систему.
Разработчики системы раньше вроде в Вене были и до них удавалось достучаться.

Is it you who chose to use eLuna or your client? If your client wants you to use eLuna, then why on earth you should care about eLuna's glitches? This is not your problem, it was not you who developed eLuna. If the editor wants to fix the issue, let them do it. Why not? You can't forbid wanting.
