The document is a letter from a doctor discussing the current mental health condition of a patient. It contains some very light medical terminology (some drugs, mental health diagnoses- ADHD/ Bipolar etc.) but is not overly complicated or with difficult terminology. The file will be completed within Phrase (formerly Memsource), but on our version, so there is no requirement for a licence. Translator will be required to complete an automated QA at the end of the project through Phrase. Full review of the documents will be given upon signature of an NDA before the linguist accepts the project.
