Hi!

I am a Japanese > English translator with approximately 4 1/2 years experience working for a number of professional translation houses.
My primary language is English, but being part Japanese and having spent my childhood in Japan, my Japanese is of native standard.

I have an excellent vocabulary of colloquial expressions in both English and Japanese, and for this reason, I also freelance at an advertising adaptation/localization agency.

My rates are very competitive and I am more than happy to carry out a small sample translation before a project.
References from translation houses will be made available on request.
