I am a PhD student in second language acquisition (linguistics, instruction, bilingualism, and language immersion education) with a background in academic journal editing, language teaching, and pedagogy.
I received a bachelor's degree in French and English Literature in 2011. I have been a professional translator (French to English) for since 2015.
Before working as a translator, I was the associate editor of a scientific journal editor for elementary school educators. Concurrently, I have been a private English as a second language instructor (MA in TESOL 2014) since 2012, having instructed over 200 students and receiving an overall 4.9 star rating.
