Your child needs to drink from 4 to 6 glasses of water daily regardless of what else they drink. Make sure they are consuming only moderate amounts of carbonated beverages and fruit juices. 6. Help them to set goals for physical fitness and then help them follow through toward reaching them. A big factor in any change is the simple practice of setting goals.
