B : good or passed (bueno)
MB : very good (muy bueno)
MS : very satisfactory (muy satisfactorio). I would have said muy sobresaliente, but one word excludes the other one.

MS: distinguido o sobresaliente.

Por lógica ó deducció, éstas serían las traducciones de notas conceptuales (calificaciones escolares) al español.
