I would leave it like that. 寺町通松原下ル means "on Teramachi Street south of Matsubara Street." (Teramachi goes North to South and Matsubara goes East to West.) This is a peculiar way of describing addresses in Kyoto. If you know what it means, it is a very efficient way of finding a place, because street numbers don't mean much over there.
